Chef Ang Baking & Cooking Academy is the perfect place for you to master baking skills and perfect your cooking techniques! At Chef Ang Baking & Cooking Academy, not only you'll be exposed to state of the art cooking and baking environment, but you will also be learning cooking techniques from highly experienced professional chefs. Our owner, Chef Ang is equipped with 37 years of baking and 32 years of cooking experience. Upon completion, you will be issued with a professional certificate from our academy, an SKM certificate from JPK (Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran under Kementerian Sumber Manusia, Malaysia), and/or a Diploma in Patisserie and culinary arts from City of Sunderland College, UK, depending on the course taken. Now everyone can acquire a certication from the City of Sunderland College from Kota Kinabalu, our academy itself! We also provide hostel for outstation students.
To make sure everyone gets an equal learning opportunity, Chef Ang Baking & Cooking Academy offers two types of courses to suit different schedule and flexibility. Interested participants can choose from full time and part time courses.
