METHOD OF PAYMENT
All the fees must be paid on or before 7 of every month. For payment done by bank-in mode, original bank-in slip must
be subbmitted to us for the issues of official receipt.
CLARIFICATION OF TRUTH STATEMENT
I certify that the information I have provided in theis application form and on additional materials that I submit related to
the admission process is true and complete. All payments are non refundable, if for any reason I do not wish to attend the
course CHEF ANG BAKING AND COOKING ACADEMY will not refund any payments made. I understand that all
credentials and documents I submit become the property of CHEF ANG BAKING AND COOKING ACADEMY.
